Katherine Zeta-Jones revealed some surprising natural beauty tips in a recent interview. According to Katherine, a mixture of salt and honey helps maintain youthful skin. 'I rub a mixture of honey and salt all over my body to moisturise and exfoliate,' she says. 'You wash it off and your skin is gorgeous. Also, I love to eat an apple after a meal, just to cleanse my teeth - they always look polished afterwards.' Apparently strawberries and pineapples will work too - they contain 'malic acid, which serves as an astrigent and can lighten surface stains'. These sound like great ideas to me.
Her next revelation is more surprising - beer and honey conditioner for the hair. 'I smell like the bottom of a beer barrel for days afterwards but it's very good for the hair.'
